These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of blackspire.group (the “Site”), operated by Blackspire Group, Inc. (“Blackspire,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

1. Ownership

All content on the Site—including text, briefings, white papers, graphics, logos, videos, podcasts and the “Blackspire” and “Reality-Grounded Intelligence” names and marks—is owned by Blackspire or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2. Limited license

You may view the Site and download briefings for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation of Blackspire, and you may share links to Site pages. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, republish or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, except for brief quotations with attribution.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • scrape, crawl or harvest content or data by automated means, other than search engines indexing public pages;
  • use Site content to train machine-learning or artificial-intelligence models;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or probe the Site or its systems;
  • submit false or misleading information, or anything unlawful or infringing; or
  • use the Site in violation of any applicable law, including export-control and sanctions laws.

4. Patents and confidential information

References to patents or patent applications are for information only and grant no license. Nothing on the Site creates a confidential relationship. Please do not send confidential information through the Site unless it is covered by a signed agreement with us.

5. No professional advice; forward-looking statements

Site content is general information only. It is not engineering, investment, legal or other professional advice, and it is not an offer to sell or a commitment to provide any product or service. Statements about capabilities, plans or future results are forward-looking and may change. Any engagement with Blackspire is governed solely by a separate written agreement.

6. Third-party links and content

The Site may link to or embed third-party services such as LinkedIn, YouTube and Spotify. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLACKSPIRE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US $100).

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blackspire from claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

10. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Virginia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes and termination

We may change these Terms or the Site at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms. We may suspend or end your access for any breach.

12. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
