# Privacy Policy

Blackspire Group, Inc. (“Blackspire,” “we,” “us”) operates blackspire.group (the “Site”). This policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

## 1. Information we collect

- **Information you give us.** When you submit a briefing request we collect your name, organization (optional), work email, area of interest and any message you include. If you email us, we receive whatever you send.
- **Information collected automatically.** When you download a briefing, we record which document was downloaded, the page that referred you, your approximate country (derived from your connection; we do not store your IP address with this record) and your browser’s user-agent string. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which may include IP addresses, for security and operations.
- **Third-party content.** The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts and may present media from YouTube and Spotify. Videos load only when you choose to play them. These providers may receive your IP address and set their own cookies, under their own privacy policies.

## 2. How we use information

We use information to respond to your enquiries, provide the briefings you request, understand which materials are useful, keep the Site secure and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.

## 3. How we share information

We share information only with service providers that host and operate the Site on our behalf (such as our web hosting and form-processing provider), under terms that limit their use of it; when required by law or to protect our rights; or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

## 4. Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Third-party providers named above may set cookies when you interact with their content.

## 5. Retention

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business relationship. We keep briefing download records for up to 12 months. We may keep information longer where the law requires it.

## 6. Your rights

Depending on where you live—for example Virginia, California, the European Union or the United Kingdom—you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to opt out of its sale or use for targeted advertising (which we do not do), and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

## 7. Legal basis (EU and UK visitors)

We process enquiry information to take steps you request before a potential contract, and download and log information on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating, securing and improving the Site.

## 8. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

## 9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

## 10. Children

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

## 11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the effective date.
